Hello Everyone,

Here is my photo. I'll start by saying that this photo was taken April 2010 on St. John in the US virgin islands. I chose this image because it was a very surreal type of adventure, this is right before we went snorkling out to that cay in the background. I feel this photo portrays me pretty well,although I do keep my hair more maintained most of the time. I am relaxed and tranquil, pondering what lies ahead, always seeking to explore new things off in the distance, all on island time.

I had a hard time selecting which sense to work with I finally chose sound.

It brings to mind, for me, all of the whistles and bangs and explosions, but also the stillness in between before the next cacophony of sound.
